Overview
When you have received an email requesting for you to attest to a document on the Policy Portal, you can go in to the Portal and quickly identify the documents requiring your attestation in the Attestations tab.
Then after, going into any 1 of those documents you will be shown its content and finally you can attest to having read the content, passing the attestation requirement.
While reading the content, you may have questions you want to ask to help you better understand the content. You can post those questions for any document author to review and address.
Pre-conditions
- System Level Permission (any): 'Portal user', 'Portal publisher', 'Portal manager'
Steps
- Login to Clausematch via email to be directed to the Policy Portal or click on the grid icon on the right hand side of the dashboard and select Policy Portal.
- Click on the Attestations tab in the top pane.
- Select the Pending attestations folder on the left sidebar.
- Click on the document name that needs to be reviewed .
- Read the document.
- (Optional): To ask questions:
- Click on the Questions & Answers tab in the right pane.
- Choose between Document or Paragraph (need to have clicked on the paragraph in the content).
- Type your question.
- Click Send.*
- (Optional): To ask questions:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tick the box I've read and understood the information in this document.
- Click Confirm.
Supplementary Information
In-Document Search
While inside of a document that you're reading, in case you need to look up a document related to the one you're currently on, you can do so while still staying within the current document.
You just have to:
- Click on the magnifying glass icon in the top pane.
- Search for the document (assuming you've been granted access to it).
- Open the document either:
- In a new tab by pressing Cmd + Enter or ⌘ + Enter.
- In your current tab by pressing Enter.
Questions
You can view all of the documents you submitted questions to in the Policy Portal's Questions tab.
