Overview

If any tags were added, paragraphs can be filtered by tags.

Untagged paragraphs can also be shown along with the filtered tagged paragraphs.

Pre-conditions

• Document Level Permission: 'Owner', 'Editor', 'Reviewer'.
• Content filtering functionality is enabled and configured through a client request.
• Platform Configuration: The Tags feature is enabled

Steps

1. Open the document.
2. Click on the Tags field from the sidebar on the right side.
3. (Optional): Click on the gear icon to select or deselect Show tags on paragraphs and Include untagged paragraphs.
4. Under the Filter paragraphs by tags section, click on one or more tags*.

Supplementary Information

Once review of the tagged paragraphs is completed, click on the highlighted tags to remove tag filtering and come back to the original document.
