Overview
To manage any document type from 1 place, whether it is visually re-organizing the table of document types and its column, or duplicating it to ease the creation of a similar document type or deleting it, you can do so in the Admin Panel's Document Types tab, as that is where all the document types on the platform can be managed from.
Deleting a document type will require that the documents associated to that type be migrated to another, existing document type.

Locked Indicator
If your environment has been opted in to have an integration set up between the Clausematch module and the Corlytics Rig module, then documents such as regulations can be fed in to the document repository (the ones searchable in the Documents tab in Policy Management).
Such integrated documents are locked automatically by the system, so they are non-editable and there for viewing only.
They will be visually indicated of these locks through the red lock symbol next to their name as well as their Locked by cell showing which integration they're locked by.
