Overview
After you have created or have been shared collections, you can manage them all in one tab on the Policy Portal, and that is the Collections tab.
On this page, you can perform the following actions for owned or shared collections:
- Owned:
- Copy Link
- Share
- Edit
- Duplicate
- Remove
- Shared:
- Copy Link
- Duplicate
Pre-conditions
- System Level Permissions: Access to Policy Portal module
Notes
Sharing
- For Invite - to invite Policy Portal roles, you need the 'Portal manager' system permission.
- For public - you need the 'Portal manager' system permission.
