Overview

System administrators can monitor users' actions with the ability to filter and sort by date.

It can be used for auditing a particular user's actions. 

Pre-conditions

• System Level Permission: 'System Administration'.

Steps

1. Click on the grid icon on the right hand side of the dashboard.
2. Select Admin panel.
3. Select Users activity.
4. (Optional): Filter actions by Date, Status, Type, Action or User*.

Supplementary Information

Users are able to filter actions by the following:

• Select a date range: from-to in DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM:SS format;
• Date - sort by either ascending or descending dates;
• Status - select one of the statuses: All, Success or Failure;
• Type  - select one or multiple types: API_CALL, AUTHORIZATION, LOGIN, LOGOUT, WS_OPERATION;
• Action - select one or multiple actions;
• User - enter user's first name, last name, id or email. Select one or multiple users;
• JSON data - click on any action to see modal with JSON.
