Overview: Users

Users and user groups' system permissions can be centrally managed from the Admin panel module by system administrators and users with manage users access.

It is possible to add new users to the Clausematch instance, create and edit user groups, and manage user accounts.

System Permissions

Clausematch is composed of two main modules:

  • Policy Management;
  • Policy Portal.

Users can be assigned system permissions from multiple modules to fit the role your organization designates for them.

Policy Management

Permission Description
'System Administration'
  • The highest access level.
    It is a combination of all access rights described below.
'Create Metadata Fields'
  • Create, edit and manage the metadata fields and screens.
'Create Documents'
  • Create new blank documents and clone existing documents.
'Create Templates'
  • Create, edit and manage templates.
‘Report Viewer’
  • View and download reports.
'Manage Users'
  • Add, edit and manage users and groups.
'Manage Automations'
  • Create, configure, and manage automations.
  • Review audit logs of rule executions.
'Edit Documents'
  • Work on existing documents.
  • Create documents from templates.
‘Document Manager’
  • See all documents, including documents users weren't added to.
  • Add users to any document in the system and edit categories for any document.
'Manage Modifications'
  • Create modification documents or attach an existing document to another document as a modification.
‘Tag Manager’
  • Create and edit tags.
'Chatbot User'
  • Access to question answering functionality.
'Dictionary Manager'
  • Manage the spellcheck dictionaries.

 

Policy Portal

Permission Description
'Portal User'
  • Read published documents on the Policy Portal.
'Portal Publisher'
  • Publish documents on the Policy Portal.
'Portal Manager'
  • Publish and manage documents on the Policy Portal.
