      Release 111 - October 2022

      Introduction

      This release contains the following:

      • New features
        • Policy Management

      New features

      1. Policy Management

      1.1 Table view of documents

      You can now view your list of documents in a table view. The table allows you to:

      • Show/hide columns to display the most relevant information to you

      • Pin important columns for a better scrolling experience

      • Continue to work with search and filter as you would in the list view of documents

      • Perform additional actions using the “…” menu

      Use cases:

      • N/A

      Dependencies and downstream impacts:

      • Tables

      Limitations:

      • No table sorting
      • You can search and filter by the contents of the document, but the search result will only show the title of the document and not the content

      1.2 Export Large documents

      Now you can download documents asynchronously and continue working on the platform. You will get a notification when the document is processed, and the download will start automatically.

      Use case:

      • Export a massive document on the draft stage to DOCX, so I can share it with required parties in the required format.

      Dependencies and downstream impacts:

      • Document to DOCX
      • Document to PDF
      • Document Audit Report
      • Document Redlined version

      Limitations:

      1. For Redlined, Export to DOCX, Export to PDF export, there would be no specific naming in the notification
      2. When the document is ready for download and less than 15 minutes have passed then automatically start the download process
      3. The file in the notification center will be accessible for 1 day

      2. Connections

      2.1 Highlight the paragraphs in your document that have a connection

      Easily identify which paragraph the connection is made to in the document you’re working on, which is displayed on the right-hand side when clicking on the connection. Previously, only the paragraph on the left-hand side document, where the connection is made from, was highlighted.

      Policy Management

      Important bugs that were fixed

      • Fixed an incident that caused the wrong stage to display for a template on the Related documents tab

      • Fixed an incident that caused support panel breaks follow-up diffs for normalized content

      • Fixed an incident that caused links not to be colored in DOCX

      • Fixed an incident that caused borderless tables to display with borders if exported in a PDF file

      • Fixed a bug that caused 504 error to appear after detaching a large document from a template

      • Fixed a bug that caused user info not to update on the document/paragraph timeline after a change in the Admin panel
