      1. Policy Management

      1.1 Copy Title page, header and footer content from the template

      Within the series of improvements in template functionality, we want to give you more control and visibility over the template enforcement process.

      You will now have the possibility to copy paragraphs like the Title page, header and footer from the template in one click. So you can quickly get content with the required formatting from the template in your document.

      Bug fixes & improvements

      Platform

      • New modules that are in the Beta stage - will now be identified with the label "Beta" Relates to: Exception Management and Compliance Assessments modules

      Portal

      • Search and Filters enhancement
        • Some system metadata (like tags) will now display a list of preloaded items
        • The default behaviour for metadata with options was changed from all selected to any selected
      • Fixed a bug that led to zero search results when a user used the "Clear all" button after changing the "Search in" option
      • Fixed a bug that caused the old content of the original document to be displayed in the "Document View" modal in a modification when applied new changes from the original document

      • Fixed a bug that caused the old content of the original document to be displayed in the "Document View" modal in a modification when applied new changes from the original document
      • Fixed a bug that caused issues with page layout when a user inserted a new column to the table that has lists

      We introduced new possibilities to manage categories via REST API that allow you:

      • To fetch all categories
      • To fetch sub-categories by parentId
      • To find out category ID by its name
