      Review and Accept or Reject Suggestions

      Overview

      Find more information on how to review and accept or reject suggestions in Clausematch.

      Pre-conditions

      • Document level permissions: 'Owner', 'Editor', 'Reviewer'.

      Steps

      1. Click on the Suggestions icon on the right-hand side.
      2. (Optional) Filter suggestions by Suggestion to add, Suggestion to update or Suggestion to remove or Everything.
      3. (Optional) Use toggle switch to select Only my suggestions.
      4. Find a paragraph with a pending suggestion*.
      5. Select a suggestion to review.
      6. Select Accept or Reject*.

      Supplementary Information

      Suggestions are marked with the green icon on the right hand side of the document.

      Reject All Paragraph Suggestions in Bulk:

      1. Click on the Suggestions icon on the right-hand side.
      2. Find a paragraph with a pending suggestion.
      3. Select a suggestion to review.
      4. Click Reject all on the left-hand side.
      5. Click Yes.

      Content Search

      By clicking on the search icon , you can search for content in the document even while in Suggestion mode.

      Notes

      • When a suggestion is made for a paragraph that already has pending suggestions, existing suggestions become outdated. To apply an outdated suggestion, a user can edit a paragraph manually.
