      Overview

      There are four default Policy Portal chart reports providing the statuses of attestations.

      The reports provide an overview of the reading acknowledgement status for the entire organisation or for the selected document(s) and employee(s).

      The reports come in a form of a graphic chart:

      • Category overview;
      • Users by category;
      • Reports by policies;
      • Reports by users.

      Pre-conditions

      • System Level Permission: 'Portal Manager', 'System Administration'
      • The Attestation functionality is enabled for your platform.

      Steps

      1. Click on the grid icon on the right hand side of the dashboard.
      2. Select Policy Portal.
      3. Click on the Reports tab on the top left side.
      4. Select a report from the list on the left side*.

      Supplementary Information

      Category Overview

      The Category Overview chart report provides an overview of attestations by document for each category selected. Each category has a list of searchable associated attestations which can be viewed.

      1. Select Category Overview from the list on the left side.
      2. Hover with mouse over the specific section on the bar chart.
      3. (Optional): Click on the selected section.
      4. (Optional): Click on the search engine to search for documents.
      5. (Optional): Click on one of the documents listed and be directed to the actual document.
      6. (Optional): Click on the categories to remove search results from the bar chart.
      7. (Optional): Click Download on the top right of a report to download an XLSX file of the report.

       

      Users by Category

      The Users by Category chart report provides an overview of attestations by users for each category selected. Each category has a list of searchable users who were requested to attest to documents under their category.

      1. Select Users by Category from the list on the left side.
      2. Hover with mouse over the specific section on the bar chart.
      3. (Optional): Click on the selected section.
      4. (Optional): Click on the search engine to search for users.
      5. (Optional): Click on the categories to remove search results from the bar chart.
      6. (Optional): Click Download on the top right of a report to download an XLSX file of the report.

       

      Reports by Policies

      The Reports by Policies chart report provides an overview of attestations by documents. Users can select multiple documents and/or document categories to view the statistics. Each attestation status has a list of searchable users.

      1. Select Reports by Policies from the list on the left side.
      2. Select one or more categories from the list.
      3. (Optional): use search engine to search categories and documents.
      4. Hover with mouse over the specific section on the pie chart.
      5. (Optional): Click on the selected section.
      6. (Optional): Click on the search engine to search for users.
      7. (Optional): Click on the categories to remove search results from the pie chart.

       

      Reports by Users

      The Reports by Users chart report provides an overview of attestation statuses by specific users. Each attestation status has a list of searchable users.

      1. Select Reports by Users from the list on the left side.
      2. Select one or more categories from the list.
      3. (Optional): use search engine to search categories and documents.
      4. Hover with mouse over the specific section on the pie chart.
      5. (Optional): Click on the selected section.
      6. (Optional): Click on the search engine to search for users.
      7. (Optional): Click on the categories to remove search results from the pie chart.
