Your Home Page

Overview

This is where you can start your journey on the Policy Portal. This hub will help you find what you need to do.

This personalised home brings the information that matters to you at your fingertips.

By you choosing what important data to display, you can get all the information you need at a glance, so you don't feel feel lost or overwhelmed when signing in.

You can see a quick summary of the most important details related to you, view the overall reading progress, and review the following unread documents or new versions.

Additionally, you can quickly navigate to your Collections or previously opened documents, making it faster and easier to access relevant documents based on your role, department, or other specific search parameters.

  • A collection is a tailored view of a particular set of documents using search parameters, filters, and categories.

Document Search

As standard, you can directly search for any document by using the document search engine on top of the page.

You can choose the way the results are ordered, whether to search in just document tiles or their content as well, and you can also set what metadata filters results have to meet.

  • Metadata is information about a document that the document's team have filled out for your better understanding about the document (e.g. what department it relates to or its key contacts).
