Overview

A document has a header and footer automatically added when created/uploaded.

Pre-conditions

  • Document Level Permission: 'Owner', 'Editor'.

Steps

Direct Method:

  1. Double click on a header or footer.
  2. Add or edit header or footer.

Menu Method:

  1. Click on Format from the menu bar.
  2. Click on Header/Footer.
  3. Add or edit header or footer.

Notes

  • Headers and footers are parts of document content and they need to be edited prior to publication.
  • Headers and footers will not be imported when performing document uploads in Clausematch, so they need to be added manually.
  • Headers and footers are not updated automatically.
