Overview
Find more information on how to edit the formatting or set the title of a table on a Policy Management document.
Pre-conditions
- Document Level Permission: 'Owner', 'Editor'.
Steps
- Select what to change by either:
- A single cell by clicking on it.
- A group of cells by holding and dragging your cursor over them.
- The whole table by holding and dragging your cursor over it.
- Perform any of the following formatting actions:
- Select the Alignment drop-down menu:
- Select the horizontal and/or vertical alignment.
- Select the background cell menu:
- Select the color or remove the color with Set default color.
- Set the name by clicking on Table Details.
- Click the border icon to hide/show for the whole table its borders.
- Select the Alignment drop-down menu:

Keyboard Shortcuts
When editing a table, you can avail of our keyboard shortcuts to quickly perform table editing actions such as merging cells or adding another row.
You can view these shortcuts in the editor by clicking on the 4-arrow button on the left side of the document content.
