Overview

The Archived Documents Report provides a list of all archived (deleted) documents in Clausematch. 

It can be downloaded in a XLSX format and it will contain the following information about each archived document in the system:

  • Document Name;
  • Archived by;
  • Date;
  • Owner(s).

Pre-conditions

  • System Level Permission: 'Report Viewer', 'System Administration'.

Supplementary Information

Custom Report

You can submit a request to Support to have a custom report configured for your platform with specified filters, columns, and permissions needed to view the report.
