Overview: Export Documents

Documents in Clausematch can be exported outside the system in DOCX or PDF formats in single or in bulk.

Additionally, they can be exported in XLSX to get information about their paragraphs, data connections, and document system information.

Users can also export the Audit report in PDF format.

Audit report file, besides the document content, contains the following items:

• Document ID;
• Document export, creation, last update and release dates;
• Name of the user who released the document;
• A list of users who have access to the document;
• All the document and paragraph comments;
• A list of approvers and approvals.
