      Release 2024 Q4 - Fixes (detailed)

      The fixes from Release 2024.4 are detailed on this supplementary page.

      Details for each fix are: pre-conditions, steps to reproduce, expected result, dependencies and downstream impacts, and support request (ticket) IDs (if applicable).

          • Fixed an issue where there was a duplicate "Paragraph changes" filter option under Paragraph Activities tab.

      • Fixed an issue where custom collection included incorrect document for 1 user.

          1. Create a non-privileged user with the following authorities - edit documents/create document

          2. Create a collection (filters: approval Status Pending)

          3. Create a document

          4. Open the dashboard on PM

          •  Document is filtered out as there are no approvals within it

          2. Search in the connections tab for the document with no access.

          3. Click on split view icon

          • Split view icon is not available for documents the user doesn't have access to.

      • Fixed an issue where layouts didn't work for modifications created from documents with attached templates:
        • Pre-conditions:

          1. Create two metadata screens, so you can easily understand the difference in fields (locked, different fields, etc).

          2. Create a template.

          3. Set layouts:

            Default - 1 screen
            On draft - 2 screen
          4. Release template → create a document from the template.

          5. Release created document.

          6. Create a modification from the document.

          7. Open modification and review metadata.

          4. Delete the group

          5. Export User Roles Report

      • Fixed an issue where search was not returning documents once they have been opened/viewed.

          1. Create collection with a pending approval type and a multi-select field with a specific value.

          2. Create document with group approval and specific value for multi-select metadata.

          3. Open document from collection.

          4. Go to dashboard, check document in collection.

        • Expected result:
          • Document should be displayed on the dashboard when the corresponding filters are applied.
