Overview
Custom dictionaries are pre-defined by administrators/dictionary managers in the Admin panel where words can be added, edited or removed from a particular language dictionary.
Pre-conditions
- System Level Permissions: 'Dictionary Manager', 'System Administration'.
- Language that dictionary is to be created for is enabled*.
Steps
Add Words to Dictionaries:
- Click on the grid icon in the top right corner.
- Select the Admin panel module.
- Switch to the Dictionaries tab.
- Select the correct language dictionary.
- Click +New word.
- Type the word*.
- Click Add.
Edit Words in Dictionaries:
- Click on the grid icon in the top right corner.
- Select the Admin panel module.
- Switch to the Dictionaries tab.
- Select the correct language dictionary.
- Choose a word and click on the three dots on the right hand side.
- Click Edit.
- Edit the selected word.
- Click Replace.
Remove Words in Dictionaries:
- Click on the grid icon in the top right corner.
- Select the Admin panel module.
- Switch to the Dictionaries tab.
- Select the correct language dictionary.
- Choose a word and click on the three dots on the right hand side.
- Click Remove.
- Click Remove.
Notes
- Languages that contain dictionaries are enabled/disabled by Clausematch Support. Please submit an enable/disable request through either support email address support@clausematch.com or support form.
- The rest of the words are taken from standard dictionaries available outside of the Clausematch platform.
- The language(s) selected in the document settings has to include the language of the desired dictionary.
- Only lowercase alphabetic symbols are accepted.
