      Change Your Password

      Overview

      Find more information on how to change your password in Clausematch.

      Pre-conditions

      • Platform allows users to login through the email address and password method.
        • So if there is only the SSO login method enabled for your platform, you will need to login through SSO. Resetting the password would not send the email as the credentials login method would be disabled.

      Steps

      1. Log in to the platform.
      2. Click on your name in the top right corner.
      3. Select Settings.
      4. Click Change password.
      5. Enter your registered email address.
      6. Click Submit.
      7. Go to your registered email inbox and open the Password recovery URL email.
      8. Click on the Reset my password button or copy, paste and search the alternative link.
      9. Type new password.
      10. Confirm new password.
      11. Click Create password.

      Supplementary Information

      In case you forget your password while outside the platform, you can choose to receive a reset password email by going to your platform's credentials login page and clicking on Forgot password?.

      Your platform's credentials login page URL format is as follows:

      • YourCompanyName.clausematch.com/login
