Overview

Clausematch automatically underlines document content with orthographic errors and provides a list of suggestions.

The list of suggestions is comprised of:

• standard dictionaries - copied from outside of the Clausematch platform;
• custom dictionaries - managed by administrators/dictionary managers.

Pre-conditions

• Document Level Permission: 'Owner', 'Editor'.
• The Spellcheck toggle is set on in the toolbar.
• If custom dictionaries have been set up by administrators, the corresponding languages of the desired custom dictionaries are selected in the document settings.

Steps

1. Right-click on the word that appears red underlined.
2. Select the correct option.
