Overview
In the Reports tab, the Active Documents Report extracts existing metadata information (i.e document id, document type, next review date etc.) about all active documents (i.e. not archived) in the platform.
This is a customized report (so it can vary) and it can be downloaded in XLSX format.
Pre-conditions
- System Level Permission: 'Report Viewer', 'System Administration'.
Supplementary Information
Custom Report
You can submit a request to Support to have a custom report configured for your platform with specified filters, columns, and permissions needed to view the report.
