Overview
To compare the first and last version of a document, so to see the changes made between those versions, you can export a Redlined Document to DOCX.
The file will also:
- contain comments from both first and last version, as well as versions in between.
- hide any inserted table of content.
Pre-conditions
- Document Level Permission: 'Owner', 'Editor', 'Reviewer', or 'Viewer'
- Document has at least 2 versions.
Steps
- Visit the documents dashboard in Policy Management.
- Search and enter into the document.
- Click on Audit in the top menu pane.
- Select Export redlined document to DOCX.
