Overview: Reports

For policy managers to be able to easily track progress and monitor policy management activities, Clausematch provides these reporting capabilities:

  • Charts: visual reports in the form of a table or an interactive chart with drill-in capabilities to help users visualize information about documents within Clausematch. 
  • Reports: traditional reports that are static and contain expanded information about documents such as metadata, archived documents, user information, categories, etc.

Reports are enabled and configured for a customer upon request.

Charts give users quick visual representations of documents and there are four default reports in a form of a graphic chart or table which can also be downloaded in XLSX format:

MI (Management Information) reports provide an inventory of all documents within Clausematch and can be used to conduct further analysis outside of the platform. Reports are built from (some) system metadata and other document related attributes such as custom metadata, categories, etc.
