      Policy Management

      • Fixed an issue where the NMC Stage Deadline didn't extend to 7 Days from the Move Date.
        • Pre-conditions:
          • NMC is enabled on the platform.
          • Document is in Released stage.
        • Steps to reproduce:
          1. Move Document to NMC stage. 
        • Expected result:
          •  NMC Stage Deadline extends to 7 days from Move Date, not Document's original creation date.
        • Dependencies & Impact:

        • Migration:
          • This fix will only impact new NMC transitions and will not affect current documents that are in the NMC stage.
      • Fixed an issue where the system occasionally failed to upload images to a document.
        • Pre-conditions:
          • MAC Screenshot has a filename containing AM/PM time suffix
        • Steps to reproduce:
          •  Upload MAC screenshot in documents/tasks
        • Expected result:
          •  MAC screenshot gets uploaded successfully

      • Fixed an issue where when a template had different stages in the draft version, it was impossible to create a modification of a document derived from that template.
        • Pre-conditions:
          • Template's latest version was released after associated document got last released, creating stage de-sync
        • Steps to reproduce:
          •  Create a modification from the document

          •  Modification is created successfully

      • Fixed an issue where text metadata values displayed HTML code in reports.

          •  1 document included in report has 1 filled out text metadata field

        • Steps to reproduce:
          •  Export the report

          •  Document's text column displays value normally.

      • Fixed an issue where template automations did not apply to documents that got attached post-creation.

      • Fixed an issue where text styles were not applied to the title page.

          1. Change font for "Normal" in "Text Styles" menu
          2. Add title page to the document.
          3. Type text in it.

      • Fixed an issue where paragraph tags search failed if there were no paragraph tags in the platform.
        • Pre-conditions:
          • Have no paragraphs tagged
        • Steps to reproduce:
          1.  Navigate to the Tags tab in Policy Management.
          2. Switch to the Paragraphs sub-tab.
        • Expected result:
          •  No error is returned.

      Policy Portal

      • Fixed an issue where the last viewed time on Policy Portal did not account for the user’s timezone.
        • Pre-conditions:
          •  User's timezone is not +00:00 UTC
        • Steps to reproduce:
          1.  Open Policy Portal Documents tab
          2. Open a document
          3. Return back to the documents tab and find the document
          4. Hover "Viewed XX ago"
        • Expected result:
          •  "Viewed a few seconds ago" displays.
