Overview
There are four default reports which give users quick visual representations of documents. The reports come in the form of a chart or table:
- Documents Due For Review;
- Documents Overdue;
- Documents Recently Released;
- Document Stages.

Pre-conditions
- System Level Permission: 'Report Viewer', 'System Administration'.
Steps
- Click on the Reports tab on the dashboard.
- Select one of the reports from the list of reports available on the left hand side.
- Select Chart view* or Table view.
- (Optional): Click Download* on the right hand side.
- (Optional): Click on a bar chart or table column.
Supplementary Information
All reports can be exported in XLSX format.
Get a list of corresponding documents in the report by clicking on a bar chart or a table column.
Documents Due for Review
A chart used to visually display documents that are approaching the next review date. Users can use filters to sort documents by time period (i.e. < 7 days, < 30 days, < 60 days, > 60 days etc.) and groupings (metadata, category, role. i.e by Clausematch Owner, by Risk Taxonomy, by Document Type, by Department etc.).
Documents Overdue
A chart used to visually display documents that are past the next review date. Users can use filters to sort documents by time period (i.e. by < 7 days, by < 30 days, by < 60 days, by > 60 days etc.) and groupings (metadata, category, role. i.e by Clausematch Owner, by Risk Taxonomy, by Document Type, by Department etc.).
Documents Recently Released
A chart used to visually display documents that have been released in a calendar year. Users can use filters to sort documents by time period (i.e. month, quarter, year etc.) and groupings (metadata, category, role. i.e by Clausematch Owner, by Risk Taxonomy, by Document Type, by Department etc.).
Document Stages
A chart used to visually display the workflow lifecycle of documents. Users can use filters to sort documents by groupings (metadata, category, role. i.e by Clausematch Owner, by Risk Taxonomy, by Document Type, by Department etc.).
Notes
- A bar chart can only show up to 15 bars. If there are more bars, they will only be shown as a table view.
- If there are 2 grouping options applied at the same time, the Chart View will not be available.
- On top of a selectable grouping option, there can be another grouping option applied automatically.
