Overview

Clausematch documents are structured into paragraphs.

Paragraphs are organized into levels (up to seven levels).

Paragraphs can be moved to a different level or location within the document. 

Pre-conditions

• Document Level Permission: 'Owner', 'Editor'.

Steps

Move a Paragraph:

1. Hover mouse over the paragraph and click on the Reorder icon.
2. Point the cursor to indicate where the paragraph should be positioned and click on the Move here button.
3. Select a new paragraph level click on the level number to confirm*. 
4. Click on the Exit icon in the bottom right corner or Esc on keyboard to go back to the editing mode.

Change Paragraph Level:

1. Hover mouse over the paragraph and click on the Reorder icon.
2. Point the cursor to indicate where the paragraph should be positioned and click on the Change Paragraph Level button.
3. Select a new paragraph level and click on the level number to confirm*.
4. Click on the Exit icon in the bottom right corner or Esc on keyboard to go back to the editing mode.
