Overview
Clausematch documents are structured into paragraphs.
Paragraphs are organized into levels (up to seven levels).
Paragraphs can be moved to a different level or location within the document.
Pre-conditions
- Document Level Permission: 'Owner', 'Editor'.
Steps
Move a Paragraph:
- Hover mouse over the paragraph and click on the Reorder icon.
- Point the cursor to indicate where the paragraph should be positioned and click on the Move here button.
- Select a new paragraph level click on the level number to confirm*.
- Click on the Exit icon in the bottom right corner or Esc on keyboard to go back to the editing mode.
Change Paragraph Level:
- Hover mouse over the paragraph and click on the Reorder icon.
- Point the cursor to indicate where the paragraph should be positioned and click on the Change Paragraph Level button.
- Select a new paragraph level and click on the level number to confirm*.
- Click on the Exit icon in the bottom right corner or Esc on keyboard to go back to the editing mode.
Notes
- Paragraph 1 is to be placed on level 1, paragraph 1.1 - on level 2, paragraph 1.1.1 - on level 3 etc.
- Each paragraph can have up to seven levels.
