View and Resolve Pending Stage Actions

Overview

In order to move to the next stage in a document version's workflow, all necessary stage actions need to be completed first, and those can be:

• Pending Approvals
• Required Metadata Fields
• Pending Deletion Paragraph

If there are any pending actions left, there is the  icon that shows you what needs to be resolved first in order to move stages.

Once clicked, you can view the all of the various pending actions needing resolution in order to complete the stage.

You can select any type to view the action of that type, and if there are multiple actions within that type, you can use the arrows to scroll through the different ones.

This way you know which ones require attention and action, and consequently which users to reach out to in order to resolve those actions.
